About Culley’s Services
Local Property Care Since 2012
Culley’s Services is a family-owned outdoor property service company based in Etters, Pennsylvania. We provide lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, excavating, and related property services for homes and businesses across Central PA.
When customers call Culley’s, they are working with a local team that understands the area, the seasons, and what it takes to keep a property in good shape. The goal has stayed simple: do dependable work, communicate clearly, and treat every property with care.
The Culley’s Story
Codie Culley started Culley’s Services in 2012, shortly after graduating from Red Land. It began with lawn mowing and other local services. He later opened a bait and tackle shop that also sold bulk landscaping materials, giving the business another way to serve the community.
As demand for outdoor property work grew, Culley’s gradually shifted its focus toward service. The retail shop closed, and the company continued building its mowing, landscaping, hardscaping, and excavating work for residential and commercial customers.
The equipment and range of services have grown over the years, but Culley’s remains rooted in the same area where Codie grew up.
Meet Codie Culley
Codie has spent his life in Etters and the surrounding communities. That local connection shapes the way he runs Culley’s. Many customers are also neighbors, familiar faces from school events, or families he sees around the ball fields.
Codie has three children, and his large local family has been involved in the business over the years. For Culley’s, being family-owned means being accountable to the people the company serves and building relationships that last beyond one project or one season.
Customers can expect straightforward conversations, practical recommendations, and a team that takes pride in the finished work.
Part of the Community
Codie’s involvement in the area extends beyond the workday. He serves on the township Parks and Recreation Board, volunteers as a youth sports coach, helps with facility maintenance at the local soccer complex, and donates time and materials to local organizations whenever possible.
Culley’s Services also supports organizations that local families know well:
- BAPS Motor Speedway
- Red Land Senior Center
- Red Land Community Library
- Fusion F.C. Soccer
- Red Land Youth Baseball
